Recipe:
Base
½ (cup) coconut oil
½ (cup) chocolate superfoods (sub cocoa powder)
1 small banana
Top
¼ (cup) coconut oil
¼ (cup) coconut butter
½ (cup) frozen raspberries
Directions:
Base
Melt coconut oil in a double boiler until silky and smooth. Add chocolate/cocoa powder and mashed banana and mix well. (Or blend with blender)
Place batter into muffin cups and put into freezer to set.
Top
Melt coconut oil and coconut butter in a double boiler and add chopped raspberries. Use blender to mix.
Pour on top of the base and leave it on the freezer to set.
