Rich Antioxidant Purple Smoothie

Pro tip:

  • You want to use frozen fruit (you don’t want to water down your smoothie with a bunch of ice). Freeze your fruit!

  • Add your liquids first. Close to the blades so that the blender can run more smoothly!

Recipe

  • ½ (cup) pomegranate juice (sub cranberry juice)

  • ½ (cup) vanilla greek yogurt

  • ½ (cup) frozen blackberries

  • ½ (cup) frozen blueberries

  • ½ (cup) freshly pitted cherries
