Recipe:
12 dates
¾ (cup) rolled oats
4 (tbsp) natural peanut butter
3 (tbsp) cocoa powder
½ (cup) shredded coconut
¼ (cup) pecan (optional)
Direction:
Soak dates for 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate.
