Chocolate Coconut Date Bites

6 Ingredients

Recipe:

  • 12 dates

  • ¾ (cup) rolled oats

  • 4 (tbsp) natural peanut butter

  • 3 (tbsp) cocoa powder

  • ½ (cup) shredded coconut

  • ¼ (cup) pecan (optional)


Direction:

  1. Soak dates for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  3. Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate.
