5 Ingredients

Recipe:

  • 10 dates

  • 1 (cup) cashews

  • 2 (tsp) lemon zest

  • Juice of half a lemon (depends on how tarty you want it)

  • ½ (tsp) vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Direction:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and roll mixture into bite size balls.
