Recipe:
10 dates
1 (cup) cashews
2 (tsp) lemon zest
Juice of half a lemon (depends on how tarty you want it)
½ (tsp) vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Direction:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and roll mixture into bite size balls.
