Recipe:
1 pack of soft/medium tofu
¼ (tsp) nutritional yeast
½ (tsp) turmeric
½ (tsp) garlic powder
½ (tsp) onion powder
1 ½ (cups) sauteed Veggies
¼ (cups) water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat pan with coconut oil & saute chopped veggies for 2-4 minutes.
Break tofu into chunks and place in blender with nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and water. Blend till smooth.
Mix together batter and sauteed veggies.
Place in greased muffin pan and bake in oven for 30 min or until slightly brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Let them cool and gently take them out of the pan. Enjoy! :)
